Gina + Chris
Imagine you walked into a hotel room knowing your bride was spectacularly beautiful, but not expecting her to exceed the alotted amount of ‘fricken hot’ that a person is allowed. Gina and Chris said I do on a day where we were blessed with a sprinkling of showers, which did not bother me one bit because they sky gave me such beautiful lighting and colors to work with, I dare not complain. Lately, more DIY vintage elements have been trickling into my weddings I shoot and I absolutely love it – the delicate attention to details just tickles me pink.
Sometimes the flower girl feels a little shy in a big room of people she doesn’t know… so I took her and made her feel nothing short of the princess she is.
While the ladies were spending hours getting everything just right.. the guys took time to relax.
I headed back to the ladies in time to follow them to the first location, an incredible beach that felt like it was something out of a movie.
When Gina stepped out of the car, the guys had the same reaction I did.
Chris + Gina opted for the first look, and the both of them were smiling ear to ear as Gina walked up behind Chris.
Hand painted by the bride herself!
Aren’t the bridesmaids necklaces incredible?!!
Chris and the Groomsmen ducked into the play house to take a breather during cocktails…
Chris and Gina were lucky enough to have a beautiful daughter mere MONTHS before the wedding (I know, it’s okay to hate her for being so freakin’ stunning ESPECIALLY now that you know she had a baby not too long ago)
I could have shot Gina and Jorja for hours by themselves.
These were taken on the Widows Walk on top of the beautiful Spanish Room Manor where the ceremony was held, they were incredibly accommodating for anything we needed.
These are little recipe books filled with Chris + Gina’s favorite recipes!
The party started to get out of hand just before I hit the hay for the night.. haha.
